Dye stuffs centrifuge separator

The centrifuge separator is used for dye stuffs. Paints are used in metalworking, in machine and equipment engineering and also in the automotive, furniture and electrical industries. Dyes and paints are a liquid phase containing colour particles. What appears to be uncomplicated at first sight proves to be a genuine challenge upon closer inspection. This is because particles with precisely the right size must be used to achieve the desired colour or protective function. The solution in this case is again centrifugal separating technology, with specific classifying decanters and separators. In classifying decanters and separators, the separating conditions are adjusted in such a way that only the desired particle size class is retained in the end product. The centrifuge removes all other particles efficiently. The very small particles of a few micrometers required in dyes and paints mean that high speeds and large clarifying areas are frequently required. Chamber-type centrifuges, as well as continuously operating self-cleaning separators, have demonstrated their worth in these applications. To guarantee maximum quality, the discharge system is controlled with solvent. No operating water comes into contact with the end product. If organic solvents are used in production, it is necessary to use explosion-proof centrifuges incorporating special fittings and materials.
